The tram station is very close. Its line led straight to the downtown area. The front desk operates 24 hours, a convenience I valued. The room included a stove, sink, espresso machine, microwave, and tableware. These additions suited my needs. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
I noticed some pigeon droppings outside the window. I found this detracted slightly from the otherwise modern and well-kept feel.

The room reeked of sewage. It. There was a notice indicating water usage was limited because hot water might run out if multiple people showered. It sounds as if this hotel is poorly maintained.

The Italian bed was wide and comfortable. My room included well-equipped facilities. I also found the location near the Grand Parc tram stop very convenient. Free parking was available in front of the hotel when I arrived at 20:00, but it filled up later.
The area looked a bit rough.

The tram station is very near this modern hotel! It made trips into the city center quick. The staff helped explain the tram system, useful. I liked the presence of a convenient kitchenette.
I found that paying a deposit to ensure the kitchen area was clean seemed a bit unusual.
